Joshua, a competitive and entrepreneurial spirit, grew up in Albany, NY, amidst three brothers. Early on, he displayed initiative by delivering newspapers at age 13, fostering values of independence and financial responsibility. After college, he relocated to California and thrived in a 20-year career at Universal Music Group, honing his skills in sales, marketing, and client relations.

Now residing in Thousand Oaks with his wife and son, Joshua discovered his passion for real estate during the home-buying process. His keen eye for design and expertise in housing improvements make him adept at transforming spaces for optimal living. Leveraging his unique skill set from the music business, Joshua excels in assisting clients in their real estate goals, offering education, advocacy, and a vast network with over 50 years of collective team experience.
